- The packaging of the goods is done as per the standard industry protocol and dispatched in the standard crated form only.
- The title of all the goods shall remain with Sculpture King, until the buyer or buyer’s carrier takes the physical possession of the concerned goods.
- Please note that the sample image provided over the website is meant for illustration purpose only and may vary a bit in terms of type, quality, and representation, when it comes to the delivery of the actual item.
- The variation of colour, shading and texture may appear different when provided to the buyer and no exchanges, refunds or returns shall be entertained under any circumstances.
- The price is required to be paid by the buyer as shown on the website at the date and time of the purchase. Price may vary as per the marble selection by the customer and according to the size of the statue as well.
- The buyer would have the right to inspection by making a personal visit to the warehouse before confirming the order and accepting the delivery of the goods. If there are accessorial charges happen for the arrangement of one such inspection, then that shall solely be paid by the buyer.
